USFOGA Corporate Partner Application Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Corporate Partner of the US FOG Alliance, a nonprofit corporation.
Achieving an official USFOGA approval and partnership enables your service(s)/product(s) to be included within an exclusive group of reputable, quality, trustworthy service(s)/product(s). By displaying the USFOGA mark, and being an official USFOGA Partner, potential clients and regulators can recognize that they are working with an industry leader that is accountable to produce the utmost level of service.

This application will be kept confidential and on file at US FOG Alliance corporate office. Applications are reviewed by the Board in order to determine if the applicant meets the qualifications to receive the USFOGA approval. Please see below for a list of qualifications that will be evaluated prior to an approval decision being made. Any USFOGA board partner(s) who may be indirect or direct competitor of an applicant shall recuse themselves from the approval evaluation. Each applicant will be voted on by the board members the majority vote will determine the approval.
Qualifications Required for USFOGA Corporate partnership Approval
- Company mission statement aligns with USFOGA’s mission.
- Service/product operates within the fats, oils, & grease industry.
- Must be officially nominated by a current board member.
- Meet or exceed the requirements specifically related to individual product(s)/service(s). See Section #2.
- Must pass a company ethics and integrity evaluation conducted by the board including a reference evaluation.
- Earn a majority “Yes” vote from the board.
